SSCH are working with specialist consultant, Martyn Dawes. Martyn lives and breaths personal development for social care management. The Social Care Leaders Programme is a comprehensive twelve week programme providing expert coaching sessions for the Social Care Leaders.

The programme give leaders the time out needed to focus on personal development and take learning back to their workplaces to share with other colleagues. Coaching will provide the leaders with skills and strategies to assist their teams with issues such as anxiety, lack of confidence and avoiding burnout.
