We’re hiring a Head of Development!

We are looking for a results orientated and creative manager to drive our programmes and commercial business development work forward.

We’re a new organisation (charity status pending) set up to recognise, acknowledge and support the hard work of care professionals working in the social care sector. Our mission is to recognise the hard work of all individuals who are working to provide a broad range of care to vulnerable people. The charity will seek to provide a range of programmes to protect the health and wellbeing of those care workers working on the frontline.

What are our goals ?

We have an ambitious plan to grow our income and to do so we need great content and products – to support our work by providing excellent professional development and by broadening our appeal across varied sectors, to attract new sponsorship and advertisers and to develop our events, training and awards programmes.

Who are you ?

You are someone who knows and understands the pressures placed on care workers

You have a track record in business development, creating opportunities and responding appropriate to risks

You build and maintain highly effective working relationships and partnerships

You are an engaging and innovative leader capable of inspiring others

You are a great communicator with highly developed influencing and communication skills

You are passionate about making an impact and delivering results

You are ambitious and want to progress quickly in your career
